3M™ Attest™ Sterilisation Integrator Load Record Cards is a load record card that contains a 3M™ Attest™ Chemical Integrator 1243LR. It is a single-use device that indicates whether materials within a pack or load have been exposed to conditions necessary for sterilisation.
As an internal pack monitor, the 3M™ Attest™ Type 5 Steam Chemical Integrators offer immediate, accurate and easy to read method of monitoring the sterilisation process conditions inside each pack. It can be used in all steam sterilisers. The easy-to-read moving front style has been shown to have a higher reading accuracy than colour interpretation style indicators.
- Identifies possible load assembly failures, possible assembly failures of the Manual Challenge Test Package, presence of non-condensable gases, inadequate packet size, and inadequate sterile barrier system

- The migration is visible through the window identified by "ACCEPT" or by the other window identified by "REJECT"
